38 Special and Lonestar Will Pay Tribute to Veterans in Oshkosh
If you’re a fan of Southern rock and country music, the Menominee Nation Arena has put together an exciting co-headlining show for you. Two bands with Southern roots—38 Special and Lonestar—take the stage in Oshkosh Nov. 10 in a show that pays tribute to our military personnel.
A Salute to Veterans, featuring classic hits from both bands, offers a ticket discount to active military personnel and veterans.
38 Special: Seasoned Southern Rock
Having performed together for more than four decades, 38 Special is a legendary powerhouse that brings their signature southern rock melodies to over 100 cities every year. Since its inception in 1976, 38 Special has released more than 15 albums with numerous arena-rock pop smash hits that went Gold and Platinum. Timeless hits like “Hold On Loosely,” “Caught Up in You” and “Rockin’ Into the Night” remain radio staples and bring the band’s signature “muscle and melody” to fans across the world.
Lonestar: Country Music Favorites
Best recognized for their rich vocals and strong melodies, Lonestar is a country music gem with more than 10 No. 1 country music hits to its name. Celebrating over 20 years together, the group was honored with the 2001 CMA Vocal Group of the Year. Their trademark hits “No News,” “Come Crying to Me” and the 1999 ACM Single of The Year, “Amazed,” are sure to wow Menominee Nation Arena guests.
